This cosy 2 bedroom cottage is tastefully and comfortably furnished and has the benefit of double glazing, gas central heating and an open fire from September to April.

Ground floor :- Lounge-diner : 3 piece suite, table and chairs, colour television , video, books and games. View of cottages. Kitchen : ( fully equipped ) with gas cooker and hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer,. Country views.
Small heated room with doors leading off to the bathroom and to the patio and garden. Bathroom : Bath with shower attachment, hand basin and W.C. Private patio with garden furniture, enclosed garden with lawn, patios and seating, B.B.Q. washing line.
Panoramic country views. 1 Parking space within our own car park. Gas central heating, radiators in all rooms. Hot water and heating freely available at all times. Smoke detectors and fire blanket in situ.

Upstairs :- Bedroom 1 : Double bed, white wood and pine effect furniture, view of fields and cottages. Bedroom 2 : 3' Bunk beds, toys, lovely country views. All beds have continental quilts, 2 pillows per person, blankets available. Sheets & quilt covers available at £5.00 per person per week. Towel pack available at £3.00 per person. Children very welcome. Regret no pets. 1 Cot available at no extra charge.

Please bring own bedding. ( we have some cot bedding if neccessary )
