This spacious house is tastefully and comfortably furnished and has the benefit of double glazing, gas central heating and an open log fire from September to April.

30' Lounge-diner, views over the sea to Portland Bill and of quaint cottages. 28” Colour television with Nicam stereo, video, 3 very comfortable settees, table and chairs, games, books and magazines.

Kitchen (fully equipped) with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Country Views.

Enclosed garden with patios, lawn, table and chairs, B.B.Q. Washing line.

2 Parking spaces within our own car park.

Upstairs :-

Bedroom 1 : Double bed, 2 armchairs, pine effect furniture, sea view.
Bedroom 2 : Double bed, pine effect furniture, country views.
Bedroom 3 : 3' Bunk beds, pine effect furniture, desk, toys, view of quaint cottages.
Bathroom : Bath with shower attachment, hand basin and WC

Separate WC with hand basin.

Gas central heating, radiators in all rooms. Heating and hot water freely available at all times.

Electricity £1.00 slot meter. Smoke detectors and fire blankets in situ.

All beds have continental quilts, 2 pillows per person, blankets available, Sheets and quilt covers available at £5.00 per person per week. Towel packs available for £3.00 per person.
